VR Publisher Growth Director – Global

Virtual Reality as a gaming platform is set for tremendous growth in the coming years, as recent global headset sales have exceeded expectations and industry movements point towards a strong focus on the Metaverse and VR content in particular. 

At Adverty, we have been building VR ad tech since 2016 and defined industry-important metrics, such as viewability, for the XR-space. Our multi-patented technology will be crucial for brands who enter and advertise in the Metaverse and we are now looking for a stellar business developer to join our growing Supply team, responsible for scouting new VR game and app publishers and helping them onboard our in-game VR advertising solution and technology for ad monetization. 

You will be reporting to our Chief Supply Officer and work alongside our amazing Supply team currently spread around the world in countries such as Finland, Spain, Turkey and Russia. As this is a role with global responsibility your location is of secondary importance.

  • Build deep and long-lasting relationships with the best VR game developers and publishers globally
  • Evangelize and ultimately sell Adverty’s In-Play VR ads to our publishing partners
  • Manage the full life cycle of publishing partners, from sales to onboarding while ensuring a long-term successful relationship
  • Represent Adverty in the market and be a frequent and positive presence at industry events and gatherings


  • Deep understanding of how VR studios think about metrics and KPI’s when evaluating ad-monetization partners for their portfolios
  • Experience from VR/AR or Mobile Gaming – either on the AdTech side or from UA/Monetization side
  • A wide range of contacts and an extensive network within the global VR industry
  • Product understanding of common tools and services used in VR gaming ad tech
  • A great personality and a good sense of humor always helps!
