Adverty has developed the world’s first programmatic platform for seamless in-game advertising. The unique advertising method enables new ways for brands to communicate with audiences and generations who are hard to reach through traditional media such as the TV or the web. The ad technology is currently integrated and live in more than 25 games and reaches hundreds of millions of monthly active users with in-game ads in brand safe environments.

Adverty’s trailblazing tech platform has been validated by game publishers and the company is on a path to establish seamless in-game advertising as a new ad format and media channel within the largest entertainment industry in the world. The timing and positioning of seamless ads in the market is right and the opportunities to conquer its rightful share of the market, which is estimated to reach a staggering $380 billion in 2020, looks positive when taking the company’s technology lead and achievements into consideration. 

The new rights issue accommodates the company with the resources to further develop the ad platform and expand its sales force in order to grow revenues by filling the large volumes of managed ad space with brand campaigns. Key roles within sales and marketing will be essential to successfully enter partnerships with large media agencies and reach advertisers on a global scale.
