What will you be managing in this role 🧠
We’re seeking a high-calibre, energy-driven, and quick learner eager to take a career step as a Publisher Growth Manager to join our Supply Partnerships team. You will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our supply network by identifying new opportunities, securing partnerships with game developers, and optimizing existing publishers. You will lead the sales efforts to ensure the continued growth of our advertising inventory, manage partner relationships, and work closely with internal teams to ensure our platform’s success.
Key Responsibilities in this role 💻
- Business Development: Identify and secure new supply partnerships with game developers to grow Adverty’s In-Play inventory.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets for the supply side of the business.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with supply partners, ensuring optimal performance and delivering value to both Adverty and its partners.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead negotiations with potential and existing supply partners, managing contract agreements and financial terms to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with account management, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and optimization of supply partners.
- Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market changes to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.
- Event Attendance: Be the Adverty ambassador at industry events and conferences.

- Experience: 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the digital advertising or ad tech industry.

- Pipeline Management: Ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan. Naturally organized with an eye for detail and able to turn data into insight/opportunity.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with internal teams and align client needs with business goals.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions.
