What will you be managing in this role 🧠

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Publisher Manager to join our Supply Partnerships team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our supply partners, ensuring the optimal performance of our ad inventory, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve client success. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, account management experience, and a strategic perspective mindset. 

This role is remote and open to candidates based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities in this role 💻

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with supply partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Account Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and increase client satisfaction including identifying upselling opportunities. 
  • Client Education: Regularly educate clients on new features, product updates, and best practices to help them achieve their business objectives.
  • Inventory Optimization: Monitor and optimize ad inventory performance to maximize revenue and deliver value to partners.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze key metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to both partners and internal teams.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Publisher Growth team, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and address any issues that arise.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed performance reports, including recommendations for improvement and growth strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to ensure Adverty remains at the cutting edge of digital advertising.

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in account management, preferably in the digital advertising or ad tech industry.

  • Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions.
