Adverty AB (publ) (“Adverty”) hereby confirms that your request of erasure of personal data, your withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data and your objection to further processing of personal data in accordance with articles 7, 17 and 21 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been noted. Measures to fulfill your request are currently being taken.

Please note that the User data which Adverty processes is limited to so called pseudonymous identifiers, which means that Adverty does not process any data that can be directly linked to your identity as a natural person. Consequently, Adverty does not process your name, postal address, date of birth or similar. The pseudonymous identifiers which Adverty processes are:

• Advertising ID
• IP-address

As Adverty cannot by itself link your pseudonymous data to your name or identity as a natural person, Adverty needs additional information such as either your Advertising ID or your IP address in order to identify and erase your pseudonymous data and fulfil your request.

Therefore, we kindly request that you return with this information (which can be acquired using the instructions below) to allow Adverty to fulfill your request.

Advertising ID

Instructions for how you find your advertising id for your device is different depending on device platform (Android or iOS).

• iOS: At present the advertising ID on iOS devices is hidden from users by default but can be retrieved with third-party apps. Below is a selection of apps for iOS that helps you to retrieve the value:

  Adjust Insights by Adjust
• Android: To find your Android Advertising Identifier, open the Google Settings app on your Android device and click on “Ads.” Your Advertising Identifier will be listed at the bottom of the screen.

If your Advertising ID is shown as a string of only zeroes, your device is already set to limit ad tracking by default. Thus Adverty doesn’t get access to this identifier.

IP-address

To see your ip address there exists many different ways. We would recommend you to google and search for “what is my IP?” https://www.google.com/search?q=what+is+my+ip
